3. Place your order and complete payment.
4. We create your personalised storybook.
5. Your digital preview is sent within 24–48 hours.
6. Review the book carefully.
7. Request your included revision if required.
8. Approve the final design.
9. We print and prepare your book.
10. Your order is shipped to you.

We do not print your book until you approve the final preview.

Please carefully check names, spelling, photos, character appearance, dedication message and story details.

Once final approval has been provided and printing has started, further changes may not be possible.

Every printed personalised book includes a complimentary digital PDF copy. Your digital version will be supplied after the final design has been approved.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. We currently deliver within Australia.

Estimated production and delivery times will be displayed during checkout or communicated after your order is approved for printing.
